1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Dwadiem, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Dwadiem cannot be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account.
3. Seller obligations
Sellers must provide accurate product descriptions, honor listed prices, and fulfill orders in a timely manner. Sellers are responsible for their own subscription fees and applicable platform commission.
4. Buyer conduct
Buyers agree to provide accurate delivery information and to communicate respectfully with sellers.
5. Payments
Payments made through the platform are processed via third-party payment providers (Paystack, Stripe). Dwadiem is not responsible for delays caused by these providers.
6. Prohibited items
Sellers may not list illegal goods, counterfeit products, or items that violate Ghanaian law.
7. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
