How do I create a seller account?
Click "Sign up" and choose "I want to sell". Fill in your details, then set up your store from your seller dashboard.
How do I publish a product?
Products start as drafts. You need an active subscription plan before you can publish. Go to Seller Dashboard → Subscription to choose a plan.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept MTN Mobile Money, Telecel Cash, AirtelTigo Money, Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfer via Paystack. You can also order directly via WhatsApp.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on the individual seller. Contact the seller directly through the store page or WhatsApp for delivery details.
How do I contact a seller?
Visit any product or store page and click "Message this store" or "Chat seller on WhatsApp".
How do withdrawals work for sellers?
Go to Seller Dashboard → Withdrawals, enter your bank details and amount. Withdrawals are processed manually within a few business days.
